Description
Experimental one-of-a-kind octopus mini-journal with rainbow hardware. Contains 1 sheet of Domtar Cougar® 70 lb paper, torn for a deckled edge, attached to glossy card stock and sewn with a pamphlet-stitch binding using Gruschwitz 25/3 linen thread. Bound in rust 1-2 oz pig suede split, coated with rain and stain repellent. The octopus is 4-5 oz veg tan leather, colored with Holbein orange, sepia, and yellow, then sealed. I attached a 5/8″ rainbow swivel Dee clip, and it snaps shut with a textured chrome tan light brown strap, secured by a line 20 rainbow snap.
