Description
This brooch bracelet / wristband is a major statement piece. My grandmother gave me this black convertible brooch decades ago, and I have worn it both as a brooch and a necklace. Alas, some of the clear rhinestones surrounded the black faceted glass inset have been lost. I made the fasteners super-secure line 24 snaps, and it’s adjustable.
I called the primary color “purple,” but it seems to change every time I look at it. Is it mauve? plum? raisin? mulberry? wine? byzantine? sangria? It will probably look different, depending on what you wear it with. Anywho, it was in a scrap box of leather that someone either gave me or I bought from an estate. I colored the leaves with Sharpie and leather paints.
